Spring Meditation: 21-28 April 2019
In this training course, which will take place during the Spring Meditation, we learn a simple, authentic yet very profound way of sharing the meditation practice. To participate it is necessary that you have already participated in our programs as well as having a regular meditation practice.

During two afternoons, you will, together with both coaches, dive deep into your career goals and go on a precious journey of discovery and exploration – towards yourself and your potential.

Winter Meditation: 28 December 2018 – 3 January 2019
In this morning workshop which is taking place during the Winter Retreat all participants are invited to experience this themselves. To work with the spontaneous freedom of the moment to create something.
Yoga
Available on every program
Our yoga teachers will guide you through the movements of the physical postures (āsanas) and will also incorporate breathwork (pranayama) to reach a calm state of contentment and joy.
